A consultation is quite possibly the most important part of any hair extension journey. Here at Hairelle we believe every set of hair extensions is as unique as the person wearing them and that is why we have made consultations mandatory.
Hair extensions are an investment and we want to ensure we provide you with your dream hair. This short appointment will allow us to discuss your hair, expectations and lifestyle. During this time we will also colour match your hair so it is important to come to your appointment with your colour the way you would like it, unless you have planned to meet with our colourist.
Consultations are FRFEE and 100% no obligation. When you book in we will take payment for the hair as all hair is ordered especially for the client. This also reserves your fitting appointment.
We understand that due to our busy diary many clients like to pre-book their fitting appointment. We will ask you to complete your consultation form digitally to check you’re suitable and take a small deposit to book your fitting.

When the time comes to replace your hair extensions with new hair, we will offer you the change to change a child’s life by donating your old hair extensions to Little Lady Locks, an amazing charity that make FREE wigs and hair pieces to children suffering from hair loss due to illness.
